It all started as a treat for guests at a Vermont B&B

About the company:

Virginia and Peter started making  granola as a homemade breakfast item for guests at their B&B, located on their farm on a back road in Vermont. Guests started asking if they could buy some, and the rest is history.

The Back Roads mission is simple: Create the best granola on the planet and have a great time doing it!  Their core values are

About the granola:

Back Roads exclusively uses premium plant-based organic, gluten free ingredients that are non-GMO Project Verified, vegan & kosher. All ingredients are painstakingly sourced from pristine organic farms around the globe. Their family recipes are naturally low in sugar -- only lightly sweetened with pure Vermont maple syrup -- and  generous when it comes to adding fruits, nuts & seeds.  Oh, and did we mention they always ship fresh out the oven? Nothing better than that!
