When Eleni Gianopulos left her career in publishing to pursue her culinary dreams, what began as a side business featuring her mother’s famous oatmeal-raisin cookies quickly outgrew her home oven and evolved into a nationwide luxury gifting company! Now her customers include everyone from high-profile celebrities to Fortune 500 companies to chic New York moms and the little cookie lovers they treat.

At Eleni’s, our bakery is OU Kosher and 100% nut free. We require allergen-free statements from our nut free bakery facilities. We adhere to a strict “No Nuts Allowed” policy in our entire facility for both employees and visitors, and we have a monthly schedule of environmental testing performed to ensure that our baking partners are peanut free food manufacturers and free of any tree nut presence.
