The iconic Cafe & Bakery in historic Sharon Springs was founded in 2005 as a full-service Cafe & Bakery and a mainstay of this bucolic village's Main Street, Black Cat offers high quality, innovative food (made with local and organic ingredients whenever possible) exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.
The condiments and treats we developed to serve at the Cafe have become so popular, we began to package and offer them for sale both at the Cafe and other retail shops.
From the high quality of our products to the personal tastings and interactive fresh-filled experience; our goal has always been to wow every customer when they walk in the door.
Today, Black Cat produces over 50 high quality products including baked goods, balsamic vinegars, spice blends, and artisanal confections. We have a passion for great tasting food that is approachable and easy, and hope to inspire our guests and patrons to bring everyday delicious, healthful, easy meals to the table.
