Broma's genesis story begins with Taylor's 96-year old grandmother receiving news that she was deficient in protein. Researching deficiencies in protein led Taylor to notice other failings in not only nutrients but taste receptors in the elderly population. Taylor dove head first into recipe testing to create the right product that would be both healthy for her grandmother and flavorful enough to send her taste buds soaring. The spread immediately received widespread positive reactions and Taylor paired with her childhood friend, Stanley to bring the brand to life!
