Colvard & Company began on the coast of Maine in 2016.  Started by Chef Carter Light who’s passion for sausage making was discovered while working for years in the restaurant industry.  We strive to make delicious sausages by using all-natural ingredients, old world techniques, and modern flavors.  We make sure that our sausages do not contain fillers or any other nonsense that we wouldn’t eat ourselves.
