South Paw Farm is owned and operated by Meg and Ryan Mitchell. Together, with help from their dedicated crew, they cultivate 20 acres of mixed vegetables, 3 acres of organic tree fruit, and 42 acres of pasture and forests in Freedom, Maine. The land has been continuously farmed since the early 1800's and, with a protective easement from the Maine Farmland Trust, it will continue to be cultivated forever.
South Paw salsa is made with farm grown, organic peppers that are lovingly roasted during the height of the season. We currently produce sweet, mild, medium, and spicy salsa that is sure to please even the pickiest of taste buds!
