I created Sweet Sense shortly after our son, Matthew, was diagnosed with Celiac disease over 15 years ago. At the time, there weren't a lot of options for tasty, gluten free treats. So, I dove in head first experimenting until I was able to make him moist, delicious goodies. This lead to other people asking for baked goods and now we have a whole array of gf desserts that everyone can enjoy!
