Zeia Foods was initially founded by our chief baker, Cheryl Keith, as Berry Delicious Bakery in 2009. In 2012, Cheryl narrowed her focus from creating a variety of great-tasting gluten-free baked goods to preparing the perfect gluten-free pizza crust. Since then, she has worked to supply restaurants and stores across New England with gluten-free pizza crusts more delicious than people thought possible. Since 2018, Karena Kirby has partnered with Cheryl with the mission of making our crusts more accessible to the growing gluten-free community.
